5. P2P Trading Rules
Users participating in P2P trades must comply with our escrow system and communication guidelines. Failure to release funds or respond to disputes in a timely manner may result in penalties or account restrictions.

6. Binary Trading Disclaimer
Binary options involve high risk and are not suitable for all users. You are solely responsible for understanding the risks and making informed decisions. Argentumexc is not liable for any loss incurred.

7. Downtime & Maintenance
During system maintenance or unexpected downtime, trading may be temporarily unavailable. Argentumexc is not responsible for missed trading opportunities during such periods.

8. Compliance
